Inside and side facades: heatinsulation slabs EPS-F, a textile net, ground coated mass and finishing structural plaster.
Apartments
Walls: Inside - depending on its purpose they are 10 sm. or 25 sm. The outside are 25 sm. with heatinsulation as their inside sides are finished with white latex over a KNAUF plaster. All inside and outside edges are protected with built-in metal liasn.
Ceilings: The housing premises - with plaster and white latex. The light height is 2.65 m. The bathrooms and the entrance rooms including the laundries, the closets - with hanged ceiling KNAUF. The shops and offices - plaster and white latex. The light heihgt is 3.25 m.
Floors: There is being observed "uplifted floors" for noise protection. The housing premises - laminated parquet. The bathrooms and the toilets - granitegrease. Kitchens, laundries and closets, entrance halls - granitegrease. Terracces - greenless area - granitegrease / teak tree. Granite - lobby, stairs and floor coridors.
Windows: Aluminium system with an open thermostat. Built in graitings from PRODEMA, colour - walnut.
Doors: Entrance and inside apartment doors - a frame, a foursides frame construction from a massive tree.
WC: Faience tiles; sinks, built in flushing cistern and a lavatory pan IDEAL STANDARD, batteries VIDIMA - IDEAL STANDATRD.
Terracces: Heat nad hydroinsulation system - SOPREMA. Greenless area - XPS heatisolation, twolayer hydroisolation with a protection, granitegrease. Green area - a specialized system for roof greenery - XPS heatisolation.
Installations
Elevators: OTIS - original French production. European standards.
Heating and ventilation: a central air-conditioning; the macroclimate parameters in the premises are going to be kept by ventilation convectors BTS, and in the common premises by air-conditioning chambers.
Water-main and system of drains: tubing - polipropilen and polythene water-pipes. System of drains - PVC pipes in noise protected shafts.
Telecommunications and Internet: Telephone outlets to livingrooms, studies, bedrooms and children rooms. Internet - ASDN.
Cable TV: Inside cabling to livingrooms, studies, bedrooms and children rooms.
Security system: An installation with a panic-buttons in the common parts, conected to the 24-hour armed guard.
