 - Maintenance and support including:  cleaning of the common parts of the building;  maintenance of the green parts of the yard;  cleaning of the stone alleys; by individual request - cleaning of the apartments.
 - Sauna and fitness;
 - The complex is 15 minutes away from a golf playground;
 - By request you may use garage cells or covered garage.

50 % upon the preliminary contract

50 % upon receiving the notary deeds / not later than 6 months after the preliminary contract/
