After-sale property management
on concluding a real estate management contract, MIRELA Real Estate Agency provides the following services:
1. Rents out the property, providing legal guarantee of the transaction;
2. Looks for and finds the most appropriate tenants;
3. Ensures full- time occupation of the rented property;
4. Preserves the deposit according to the rental contract;
5. Supervises the exact accomplishment of all the contractual clauses, including payment by fixed dates;
6. Monitors the condition of the property;
7. Performs basic repairs on the property- a duty, normally carried out by the landlord;
8. Coordinatse activities such as projects for interior reconstruction, design and furnishing ;
