The caves Uhlovitza, "Devils throat" and Yagodinska (known also as The Imams Abyss") occur in close proximity to the settlement. The "Yagodinska" cave is located near the Bouinovo River, 3 km away from the village of Yagodina in the Rhodope Mountain, and represents part of the unique cave "Devils throat'' and "Yagodinska" (known also as "The Imams Abyss") karst formation Buinovsko Gorge. The cave stretches for more than 10 kilometers and forms five storeys of labyrinths and abysses. Visitors enter the cave through a man-made tunnel, while the natural entrance is situated some 30 meters above.

The climate in the village perfect for summer as well as for winter recreation with 4 months of snow cover and 240 sunny days per year. The altitude of  the  village is  about 1425 m above sea level and  the winter is  a real paradise for skiers. The 1-, 2- and 3-star hotels and guest houses that can accommodate more than 800 people and the various restaurants can meet the requirements of different types of tourists.  In the summer it offers countless fascinating possibilities for active recreation and tourism. One can touch the secrets that the mountain jealously keeps by visiting some of the historic monuments: the ancient fortress of "Sveti Vrach" or the Thracian necropolis near "Sveta Elena".

The bathroom is with a bath-tub and water -heater ( 80 l ), the WCs are fully equipped.

The garden

The property is for sale 1/2 shares from the yard which is 300 sq.m. The yard is landscaped with greenery and small alleys. On the yard is constructed a barbecue with two two grills, an oven and barbecue accessories.  In the yard are also arranged a cradle and a decorative draw-well. The property is facing a beautiful fir-trees wood and borders a small river.

How to receive the gifts?

• All clients of Mirela will receive their gifts after accomplishing their estate deals.
• The gifts will be chosen by the clients through a lottery, organized at the signing of the transaction and will be officially handed in the day of the notary deed signing, personally by the department manager.
