The ethnographic complex "Living Water" is situated on the Black Sea
coast, in a picturesque part of the outskirts of Varna – Vinitsa. The complex is envisaged to be used on all-the-year-round basis, and the soft and warm climate of the Bulgarian coast provide the pleasure of good weather, warm sea and natural beauty.
The vacation resort is located at a distance of only 1.5 km from the sea, at an altitude of 150 m. Around the complex are there are vineyards and other villas. Close by you can find stables with horses which you can ride, go-karting, the famous Varna Botanical Garden. The complex is designed in an old Mediterranean style, with stone and wood used as principal materials for the facades and exterior.

Water" is a vacation resort,, where we take care of all housekeeping, while you are becoming the owner of the unique apartments, your own elite real estate.
The complex is designed in an old Mediterranean style, with stone and wood used as principal materials for the facades and exterior.
ARCHITECTURAL STYLE
The given photos reflect the general idea of the "Living Water" vacation resort. They are an examples of the Roman and Mediterranean styles in modern architecture.
The vacation resort comprises:
- A residential building
- A restaurant - has indoor capacity for 50-60 people (for winter) and a terrace for additional tables for 30-40 people.
- A swimming pool - 8 x 18 m large and has a shallow area for children and an integrated bar. It is designed to be used 7-8 months of the year.
- Non-residential building - comprises: a) a conference hall for
70 people, 8 craftsmen's studios, a party hall, a fitness & spa centre (with premises for massage, beauty and medical therapies, saunas, jaccuzzis etc). - A parking lot - The parking lot is designed for approximately 15 cars.
The residential building has two wings:
Wing A: Comprises 12 studios - each studio is 50 sqm large and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with an integrated kitchen.The studios are situated on three floors. One studio has a garden overlooking the pool, two have large terraces on the swimming pool side and 6 have roofed terraces approximately 50sqm each.In addition to the studios Wing B has 8 hotel rooms for guests, with a reception, a lobby bar, offices & laundry.
Wing B: Comprises 6 apartments on 3 cascaded levels, with views of the sea from each. All apartments are approximately 110 sqm large, have the same layout and comprise two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen and a storage area.The first floor apartments have a small garden, approximately 30 sqm, overlooking the swimming pool.The second and third floor apartments have roofed terraces 30 sq.m. large and fantastic views to the sea.
The price is inclusive of all internal finishing works and full furnishing.
