The luxurious "White Church" - Simeonovo is situated at the foot of Vitosha Mounatain. It combines the calmness and quietness of the surrounding nature with the quick access to th centre of the capital. The houses are located near the central asphalt streets of Simeonovo quarter. the project 

The complex has nine single-family houses with functional disposition. They consist of under-roof floor, a basement with a garage and a parking place. The built-up area of each of them is 270 sq.m. The houses have their own green yard with an area from 100 to 250 sq.m., a local gas heating, a aview to Sofia and Vitosha Mountain and a controled access. All used materials are high-quality ones.

Structure

Each house has been designed and executed with monolithic steel-concrete construction, consisting of between-storey constructions: floors of steel-concrete sheets and vertical underpin elements - steel-concrete columns and discs. Foundation follows the approved construction project.

Walls - all outside surrounding walls and inside partition walls are made of red bricks, with special shape allowing high quality masonry works.

Roof - Combination of hidden horizontal part, covered with two layered thermal insulation, and visible part, covered with Greek roof-tiles, all mounted over a wooden edging. 

All houses are for sale on putty and groun coat.

Luxurious finishing works are possible by individual interior projects and realization!
